Exploration Labs SRL was created by Charles-Louis de Maere in 2020 as a way to offer space for explorations and experimentations in the realms of co-operative work. Throughout my career, I have worked with organisations ranging from budding start-ups to large institutions, from the fields of finance, healthcare, video game as well as non-governmental organisations. And I have notice one common thread throughout this all, it's that when human beings work at their best, this is where the magic happens.

As learning happens not only from doing, but rather from our reflections that emerge after doing, the workshops I design include space for practice as well as reflection.
