A fun, hands‑on workshop where children create their own macramé rainbow using soft yarn, simple knots and bright colours. This relaxed, creative session introduces the basics of macramé in a playful way, building confidence and imagination while they make a beautiful rainbow decoration to take home.


Suitable for children age 9 - 13 years old.

Please note our supervision guidelines: 8s and Under must have an adult with them at all times during the session. Ages 9–10 need an adult to stay in the library building during the session and to be on hand to support the child if needed. Ages 11+ can take part independently but will be unsupervised by library staff. Thank you for helping us keep our activities safe.
