Stories Unleashed: Tidy an Interactive Storytelling Session with Mud Pie Arts at York Explore

Join Mud Pie Arts in this interactive story telling session based on the bonkers book by Emily Gravett.
Pete, the Badger likes the woodlands neat and tidy, but one day he takes his cleaning obsession far too far! Now everyone's forest home is in danger from flooding. Can the woodland creatures come to the rescue, and persuade Pete to love his wild woods just the way they are?  Come along and help poor Pete out of a sticky situation! Who will you choose to be? Bat, beetle, butterfly or buzzard? Jump into the forest and bring this fun book alive.

PLEASE NOTE: This event will be held in the Children's Library. Seating will primarily be on the floor, with a limited number of chairs available. If floor seating may be difficult for you, please contact us or speak to staff on arrival.

Please note our supervision requirements: 8s and Under must have an adult with them at all times during the session. Ages 9–10 need an adult to stay in the library building during the session and to be on hand to support the child if needed. Ages 11+ can take part in sessions independently but will be unsupervised by library staff.  Thank you for helping us keep our activities safe.
