Reclaiming Agency in Conflict - self-paced learning & live deepening

Oftentimes, in conflict, we don't show up the way we want. The best version of ourself checks out, and another version steps in. That can be frustrating, with feelings of stuckness in dynamics and patterns we may long to break out of. We may say things we later regret, we may not show up for ourselves in the way we'd like, or perhaps we uncomfortably prolong the situation by doing our best to avoid it. Conflict can be hard, and often, we're alone with it.

This course seeks to change that. With it, I want to help you show up the way you want in conflict - to act within your integrity, your values. I want you to know that the challenges you face are not yours alone, and that change is possible.

This offering is a mix of self-paced and live learning. You will gain access to the self-paced course Reclaiming Agency in Conflict when you have signed up – it’s included in the cost of this offering.

Every week, you will be invited to watch and engage with parts of that course in your own time. We’re going chunk by chunk, so you’ll need no more than 2 hours for self-study a week.

During the weekly live sessions, we’ll focus on application of theory and practice, as well as sharing insights and questions from the self-paced learning.

This offering is particularly suited to people who enjoy learning in a group context, find it helpful to have external accountability to engaging with material, or who feel like conflict is a big topic and would like some additional accompaniment and support when engaging with it.

November 18^th 18:30 – 20:30 CET – conflict in the body, a somatic perspective

November 25^th 18:30 – 20:30 CET – connecting in conflict – with others and ourselves

December 2^nd 18:30 – 20:30 CET – power dynamics in conflict

December 9^th 18:30 – 20:30 CET – support, systems and closing

Pricing:
The self-paced course Reclaiming Agency in Conflict is offered on a sliding scale of 50€ - 200€. This offering is also offered on a sliding scale of 100€ - 400€. If you struggle to make ends meet and this is course might be a luxury for you, please pick a number towards the lower end of this scale. If you are financially comfortable and this feels like an easy expense, please pick a number towards the upper end of this scale. Either way, please pay what you can while not overstretching financially.
