Curriculum and leadership making: the challenges and potential ways forward.

Abstract: In this session, Lekha will explore the challenges inherent in both curriculum and leadership development and the interplay between the two. She will offer practical examples of both ‘on the ground’ from her experiences across multiple educational contexts and discuss a model for leadership development as a potential path forward.

She is a postgraduate student at the University of Oxford studying Learning and Teaching and is also the author of Curriculum to Classroom and Building Culture (John Catt 2020).
