Canoeing at 11.00

Lazer Tag at 13.30

Bushcraft and Survival skills at 15.00

Please bring the following: 1 Extra warm jumper or fleece, Warm hat and gloves ,Waterproof jacket and trousers, Sun Cream (SPF 50 minimum), Sun Hat, Water bottle (500ml or more), Midge repellent, Midge net (Not a mosquito net, the mesh on them is too wide),Bin liners for wet clothing at the end of the day, Packed lunch (more food than you would normally eat), Any medication or personal medical devices you require

*Please bring a change of clothes and a large towel for the wet activity*
