32nd Annual Fair Oaks Rotary Crab Feed & Auction Fundraiser

TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE 32ND MARDI GRAS CRAB FEED presented by the Rotary Club of Fair Oaks. Date: February 15, 2025, held at the Citrus Heights Community Center.
We expect to sell out early, so don’t hesitate to purchase your tickets now. Tickets are $80 each or $800 for a table. If you have questions, please contact our Ticket Chair: Victoria Porter (916) 208-8626 or if you wish to be a Sponsor, please contact Katie Yount at (916) 627-9300.
To select your seat(s), click the blue Buy tickets button and tap anywhere on the table screen. Choose tables with red dots showing seats still available. Tap on each red dot/seat that you want to purchase. After each seat is tapped, the screen will change showing the cost of that seat and options to cancel or confirm. Please also note the box showing how many seats have been selected. Press confirm and the screen will then go back to allow you to select additional seats. After selecting all of your seats, you will see a box showing the number of seats you have selected. Then click on the Next button which will take you to the payment options screen. Enter your credit card information and make sure you include your email address so the receipt and tickets will be sent to you.

- What is the menu? Minestrone Soup, Salad, Pasta, Crab, Shrimp and Bread
- Will there be Dessert? Yes! Incredible desserts available in our Dessert Auction
- Can we bring our own wine? No! Wine and premium wine will be available for sale
- What other drinks will be available? Wine, beer (must be 21), & soda. Water is free.
- What is Dress attire? - Casual or Mardi Gras theme
- Will there be Auction items? Yes! Silent Auction, Fun Draw, and Dinner experiences
- Will there be other fun activities? Yes! Our famous “Heads or Tails” game
- Are Sponsorships available? Yes! Contact our Sponsor Chair: Katie 916-627-9300
- How will I know where to sit? Bring your tickets with you. (Know the person who sold you the ticket if you can.) We will also have it by your last name if you purchased it.
- What if I lose my ticket? Contact the person who sold you the ticket. If you have purchased your ticket online, we have you by your last name.
- Will you accept credit cards at the event? Yes! You may purchase drink tickets and other items at check-in with a credit card. But bring cash for the Dessert Auction and Heads or Tails tickets purchased inside the event.
- Will butter warmers be available for sale? Yes! Butter warmers will come with butter. If you bring your own, don’t forget the butter; but we’ll have extra if you do.
- Can I bring a container to bring home leftover crab? No. If there is leftover crab, it will be available for sale at the end of the event.
