Queen Charlotte's Ball 2025 for Charity

A Royal Ball awaits you at the stunningly beautiful Marion Hatcher Center! Dress to impress and immerse yourself in the Regency era, living for a time of elegance and glamor. Yes, we will be watching you and if you catch the eye of her majesty, you could even be crowned Diamond of the Season!

This event is not only an experience to step into your dream of a royal ball, but also a fundraiser for The S.W.A.T. Foundation Inc. (Servants With A Testimony). S.W.A.T.  is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing tailored intervention services that meet the urgent needs of underserved communities in the CSRA. 

Guests attending will receive a dance card as well as the latest copy of Lady Whistledown. You will be entertained by live music, and dance performances, and also learn Regency style dances. Shop the Modiste for accessories to compliment your look with gloves, jewelry, fans, hats and more. You will also find delightful bites and beverages (both alcoholic and non) for purchase as well as the perfect photo spot. Some guests will even have their chance to be presented to Queen Charolette, herself! One guest who impresses The Queen will be crowned Diamond of the Season!

1 ticket per person and everyone must have their own ticket.

-Ticket sales are non-refundable( but can be transferred up to 48 hours before the event)

The S.W.A.T. Foundation Inc. (Servants With A Testimony) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing tailored intervention services that meet the urgent needs of underserved communities. Founded by Marquitta Rucker in memory of her mother, Cassandra Rucker, the foundation focuses on creating programs that empower individuals and families. Key initiatives include Retool the School, Women and Children Advocacy Programs, and InfluenceHER, addressing issues like literacy, education, entrepreneurship, and basic needs. 20% of proceeds from ticket sales will go to them and directly support the Retool the School event, a flagship program of the S.W.A.T. Foundation. This initiative provides essential school supplies and wrap-around services for 5,000 students annually, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed academically. Contributions help address the needs of underserved students by equipping them with backpacks, car seats, toiletries, haircuts, hairstyles, food, and even free tablets and cell phones. Together, we can empower students and create a brighter future for our community.
