Energise (Toddler Team Training): Why do you run a toddler group? Sharing your vision!

Everything starts with the 'Why?' When the whole team agrees on the answer, then real progress is possible. Of course you are offering a safe space for carers to bring young children to play and to meet with others. Of course you are offering a warm drink, a place to rest and loving friendship. But there is more! Gather your whole team for this Energise session to think about the benefits of having a clear vision for your group, how you can develop one and how to communicate this widely. Your vision can shape the group itself, recruit volunteers and encourage others to support your glorious efforts. With the start of a new school year on the horizon, what better time to think, to pray and to plan together? Join us to build firm foundations.

Attending in a church group

You can make use of our group ticket which costs £20 and is valid for 5+ members of the same church group. 

We strongly recommend meeting in person with your team and joining the training together in person on one screen. Our suggested timings would be: 

7:30pm - meet to (eat and) pray
8-9pm - join the training
9-9:30pm - discuss the training 

If meeting in person is not possible, we can organise a remote breakout room for your team members to join. 

Attending by yourself

If you are buying a single ticket, you can either be allocated to a breakout group with others or work by yourself.

If you can't attend

If you can't attend but would like a recording of the training, please purchase a ticket and you will automatically be sent the recording the next day - no need to email us. Please note that we no longer add our training to our YouTube channel.
