Equip (Children's Ministry Volunteer Training): Managing well 

This training stream is for Sunday School leaders, helpers or those helping with holiday clubs or outreach groups. These sessions are short, engaging and highly practical. Attendees will leave with more confidence in essential skills that they can immediately apply with their children.This session will focus on answering difficult questions, encouraging good behaviour and managing disruptions. Like the famous boxing quote, "We all have a plan until we step into the ring and are punched in the face". This is the session where we will be prepared for the real world of working with children with all their brilliant energy, questions and honest feedback.

Attending in a church group

You can make use of our group ticket which costs £20 and is valid for 5+ members of the same church group.

We strongly recommend meeting in person with your team and joining the training together in person on one screen. Our suggested timings would be:

7:30pm - meet to (eat and) pray
8-9pm - join the training
9-9:30pm - discuss the training

If meeting in person is not possible, we can organise a remote breakout room for your team members to join.

Attending by yourself

If you are buying a single ticket, you can either be allocated to a breakout group with others or work by yourself.

If you can't attend

If you can't attend but would like a recording of the training, please purchase a ticket and you will automatically be sent the recording the next day - no need to email us. Please note that we no longer add our training to our YouTube channel.
