Inspire (Children's Ministry Leadership Training): Raising volunteer leaders

Here at Faith in Kids, we want to help you as you lead your teams and disciple the children God has put in your care. In this session, we will focus on how we can raise up leaders from amongst our volunteer teams. We want those who consider themselves as "just helpers" to feel equipped and confident to be an active participant and leader of the group, so they can begin to lead not just a Sunday School class, but other volunteers too. There will be opportunities to share your experience, ideas and practical tips with other ministry leaders. You will leave this session encouraged and equipped with realistic next steps to raise up volunteer leaders for your ministry.
