Grandparenting for Faith - Thursday 19th November 2026

The bible is clear that grandparents and the grandparent generation are a significant part of God’s plan for the discipleship of younger generations – but that’s not what we always see in our families and churches.

Years of faith have given the grandparent generation a wealth of stories and experience to share – and which have the potential to inspire younger generations on their own faith journeys. If our churches are to flourish we need to rediscover the grandparent generation as a rich resource for the whole church. 

Grandparenting for Faith exists to equip grandparents, and the grandparent generation, to step confidently into this calling. 

In this webinar Becky Sedgwick, author of Grandparenting for Faith, will be sharing ideas for mobilising the grandparent generation, encouraging and equipping them to share faith naturally with those around them.

Becky Sedgwick is part of the Parenting for Faith team at BRF Ministries, and author of Grandparenting for Faith. She has also worked as a Children and Families leader at her local church, and is passionate about the importance and power of multigenerational church.
