Summary/Overview: This training will cover the legal aspects important to your everyday work. 101: QA & Policy and 201: Billing & EHRs

Objectives: For all Family & Children's Aid staff who have not attended the legal training part of onboarding to learn: 1) Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance process of the agency; 2) reviews important policy and procedures; 3) session guidelines for documentation.
