Fanshawe's Pride Parade 2026

****After carefully monitoring the evolving air quality conditions and guidance from public health officials, we have made the difficult decision not to participate as an official Fanshawe group in this year’s parade. Given the current wildfire smoke conditions and uncertainty surrounding air quality, we believe this is the most prudent approach for the health and safety of our participants.

This decision was not made lightly. We remain proud to support and celebrate our 2SLGBTQIA+ community and are grateful to our students and staff who joined us in celebrating Pride throughout the summer. From our Pride flag-raising ceremonies to our Patio Pride Party this past Thursday, our community has come together to celebrate Pride in meaningful ways. While we are disappointed not to march as an official group this year, our commitment to supporting our 2SLGBTQIA+ community remains unwavering and steadfast.

Celebrate Pride with Fanshawe at the 2026 London Pride Parade! 🌈

Join Fanshawe as we take part in London’s most vibrant and joyful celebration of the year—the 2026 Pride Parade! We’re inviting students, staff, and the entire College community to march with us, show your pride, and connect with colleagues in a fun and inclusive atmosphere.

Arrive between 10:30 and 11:00 am to kick off the experience with a lively pre-parade gathering! This is your chance to:

• Meet and mingle with fellow marchers;
• Build excitement before we hit the parade route;
• Pick up your Fanshawe Pride t-shirt.

T-shirts are available in limited quantities. If you received one in 2025, we encourage you to wear it again this year to help us create a strong, unified presence.

Let’s come together, celebrate diversity, and make this an unforgettable Pride experience—we can’t wait to march with you!
