Who Are We

We are a Lifestyle organization that has been orchestrating various events such as parties, excursions, and vacations for our sexy members within the DMV for over six years. Our group is all real people who get together and have social events that prove fun for everyone. We promote and provide upscale, elite, discreet, and relaxed parties for our patrons. Our venues and travel events offer fun for both couples and singles. Fantasy House supports the Lifestyle in areas of swinging, voyeurism, BDSM and more! Our goal is to provide a safe, chic, and clean environment for experienced lifestyle members as well as new people exploring a taste of this deviously delectable world.

Why We Do What We Do

We love being able to provide a place where people can be open and express their sexuality freely. During our early years in the lifestyle, we came across too many mismanaged locations and unsafe groups. We decided we wanted to help provide a safe, clean, and discreet place for all of us. So we took it upon ourselves to create a location, group, and website to share our fun so that everyone could come experience a safe place for public or private play. The rest is history! Our Current Venues

We purchase and lease venues so that our members have safe and discreet locations to enjoy the beauty and artistic nature of our Lifestyle. This comes with the burden of very high overhead for the business. We work very hard to keep all costs low and transfer this to the the members with the lowest membership fees and event fees as we possibly can. However, as any business savvy person knows this leaves no room for growth. We want to provide more for the members and to continue to give back. We cannot grow, get new equipment, improve venues or secure larger venues with out your help. If we can get each club member to donate $20.00 a year. (Less than most spend on their coffee a week)  We can get more equipment, improve the current venues, secure new venues and plan for destination events.  If we do not get members to contribute to their club we will have to raise membership prices, event prices or reduce overhead by dropping a venue. We hope that we all can work together to be the strongest , safest, and most upscale club in the DMV. You are the only one that can make this happen! 

Venue Overhead

Being transparent the venues cost over $80,000 a year to keep and maintain. The club does not bring in revenue at the level required to pay for this over head alone. In pervious years the required overhead was supplemented by the owners personal contribution. That has come to a end as the owners no longer can do this. If the club is to continue to provide the fun and stay open the membership as a whole must come together. The members can help save the fun by simply donating $20.00 per member.

Membership

Fantasy House is a private organization in which all members must apply to join. We vet all potential members thoroughly and do not tolerate consent violators. We are dedicated to the safety and discretion of our patrons and events. Our staff conducts verification and criminal checks to provide a safe environment. This comes with added costs that most clubs do not do or take on. 

Our club membership is lower than almost anyone's and we provide more than most. We can not continue this and grow. 

Fantasy House Membership is $20.00 a year for club site and event access

Most other clubs are $100.00 - $250.00 per year and provide must less

We take pride in developing an elite and diverse group of members who enjoy living the lifestyle and educating others on the lifestyle world. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and do not discriminate against any particular fetish or kink. Nor do we condone the discrimination of any person in ANY kind of way by anyone within or outside of our organization.

While the majority of our patronage is locally grown Fantasy House accepts members from across the U.S. Many of our patrons travel regularly to our events from neighboring states such as Virginia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina while some travel from even further such as Texas, California, or Florida!
