Summer Cookery Workshop in Lee Miller's Kitchen

Create Lee Miller’s recipes during a fun, summer cookery workshop with Chloe Edwards of Seven Sisters’ Spices .

Lee Miller's 1950's fitted kitchen at Farleys is, to some degree, a time capsule, an Aladdin's cave of ingredients and gadgets, which were all used by Lee over her many years creating and cooking. During this summer cookery workshop, Farleys kitchen comes alive as we exchange ideas and recreate Lee's recipes using ingredients from her vegetable patch in the garden.

Suitable for novice and proficient cooks alike, this fun one day workshop will take place in Lee Miller's kitchen at Farleys House. Please join us and Chloe to share the joy of cooking some of Lee Miller's gourmet and surreal dishes.

As part of the workshop, enjoy your completed meal together with fellow participants at Lee's kitchen table. The summer workshop provides the opportunity to collect and use produce and herbs from Farleys garden.

Please arrive a few minutes early for your workshop and come directly to Farleys House. (Farleys Gallery is closed on Mondays). You can park in the gallery/village shop car park and walk around the gallery to the house, which is behind the gallery.

Please bring an apron.

Tickets £120, non-refundable/non-exchangeable. The workshop runs between 10am – 2pm.
