The global food system is proving fragile in exactly the way local proves resilient. Buying local isn't a lifestyle upgrade. It's a stance.
Join Stephen Brooks, founder of Ecoversity and Eterna Earth, for an intimate talk and biodynamic lunch at Farmacy Farm. Stephen has spent decades building one of the most inspiring examples of regenerative community and food sovereignty in the world. This is a rare chance to hear him in person, in the UK, on a working biodynamic farm.
This is not a talk about problems. It's a blueprint for solutions, and the steps you can take wherever you are.
We'll explore what it means to build a food system that doesn't depend on the industrial one. Local as resistance. Community as infrastructure. Food sovereignty over food security. The kind of self-reliance that's mutual, not individual.
Then we eat the proof, the lunch is grown from the exact ground we're describing. Claim and evidence on the same plate.
ON THE DAY YOU WILL:
- Hear Stephen in rare, intimate conversation on a working biodynamic farm in the UK
- Explore local food sovereignty, community design, and what it looks like to build a parallel food system that doesn't need the industrial one to survive
- Understand how every farm you know by name is a brick in an alternative already being built
- Share a biodynamic feast grown directly from Farmacy Farm
- Leave with a practical framework for regenerative living and a connection to the wider community building the same future
Spaces are intimate and intentionally limited.
