Main Stage Sessions start at 8 am Monday, March 2nd. Many attendees arrive a day or two early to tour local markets and attend optional Sunday workshop(s) by affiliates. Use the Learn & Grow Ticket to attend in person and save when you bring your team with a Three's Company package. Be sure to secure your reservation at the Catamaran Resort to stay on-site. 

FOR FARMERS AND VENDORS ONLY, use the Learn & Sell ticket to attend a special one-day conference track designed just for you, happening on Monday, March 2nd, 2026. Take advantage of this special ticket level if you can only get away for one day, or purchase the Learn & Grow ticket for the full 4-days. 

VIRTUALLY, for 3 days of sessions online from your own location, live streamed* from the conference on March 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2026. Use the Listen & Learn Ticket to tune in online. *Interactive workshop sessions will not be live streamed, you will have access to all main stage sessions.

New this year

BACK TO THE BEACH Meeting rooms and accommodations in 2026 will be back under one roof at the beautiful Catamaran Resort,, in the heart of Pacific Beach, with rooms at a slightly lower rate this year. Step out the back door onto the sand of Mission Beach. Cross the street and you're yards from the Pacific Ocean. Restaurant and grocery options are on the block. Use this link to book your rooms at the Attendee rate. We recommend booking early, as they may sell out. A flexpay plan is offered so that you can book now and make low monthly payments. 

FARMERS AND VENDORS ONLY enjoy an expanded one-day Learn & Sell track on Monday, March 2nd, specifically designed to help you build your market business. We won't be teaching you to plant or to pickle; these sessions are designed to help you sell more and keep more money at markets and events. Expect sessions on value added products; costing and labeling; bookkeeping; making time for marketing and more. Have time to attend the whole conference? You'll find value there too. 

PRICING AND MEALS Despite increased costs of production, the registration fee remains the same for InTents 2026 in-person attendance. To maintain this pricing, Early Bird and other discounts will have to be very limited this year. We have negotiated a slightly lower room rate from The Catamaran Resort to make it easier to stay where all the action is happening. Breakfast will again be provided every day and we'll host a reception on Monday evening, March 2nd. There are nearby restaurants to suit a variety of budgets for other meals. The local lunch market will be back on Monday, March 2nd, featuring local vendors, and we'll visit the nearby Pacific Beach Farmers Market on Tuesday evening - hopefully with better weather than in 2025.
