The Farm Street Charity Ball

THE FARM STREET CHARITY BALL
We are delighted to invite you to our annual charity ball to be held at The Savile Club. The evening will begin with a Champagne and canapé reception at 7.00pm in the Drawing Room. A three-course dinner with wine will then be served at 7.45pm in the Ballroom and will also include musical entertainment. Dinner will be followed by a Live Auction in support of the listed charities. Coffee will then be served downstairs, where guests will also enjoy dancing from 10pm until 1am.
Dress code: Black Tie

MENU
Starter
Earl Grey tea smoked fillet of salmon finished with a Jerusalem artichoke and truffle purée, panko-coated quail’s egg, sautéed samphire and artichoke crisps
Choice of main course
Ballotine of guinea fowl wrapped in Parma ham and filled with soft herbs, served with saffron-scented pommes mousseline and a panache of baby vegetables, finished with a horseradish cream
Paupiette of lemon sole with herbs, served with saffron-scented pommes mousseline, sautéed samphire, artichoke hearts and roasted salsify, finished with sauce verte
Wild mushroom duxelles cake served with pommes mousseline and baby vegetables
Dessert
Chocolate and cherry fondant served with honeycomb ice cream in a brandy-snap basket

Champagne, canapés, a starter, main course, wine, dessert and coffee are included in the cost of the ticket.



Dining Tickets: £150 per person (includes dancing until 1am, there is no need to buy an additional dancing ticket).
Table of 8: (£1,200) To book a table, please select 8 individual tickets and enter the name of the table host for each one. Please provide the seating arrangement of the table in the 'Comments' box.
Table of 10: (£1,500) To book a table, please select 10 individual tickets and enter the name of the table host for each one. Please note that if you book more than 10 guests on to a table, some may need to be moved to another table. Please provide the seating arrangement of the table in the 'Comments' box.
If you would like to be seated at a specific table or with a specific person, please indicate this on the checkout form. For Young Adult tables please put 'Young Adult' as the table host - we will do our best to accommodate these requests wherever possible. If you leave this blank, we will allocate you to a table for the evening.
Dancing-only Tickets: £45 includes one glass of house wine (guests arrive from 10pm).


Please note that if you have not booked, you will not be admitted - no tickets and no cash payments will be available on the door. As this is a charity event, tickets are not refundable.

- MAKE A DONATION This is tax-deductible for UK taxpayers. As was announced at all Masses last weekend, thanks to the extraordinary generosity of one of our parishioners, all donations will be matched, pound for pound, up to a maximum of £25,000.
