Join me for a ‘Summer Solstice Sound healing circle with Gongs, Ritual and Oak'

At the core of our ritual is a Shamanic Sound Journey, with gongs and other percussive instruments. These powerful healing frequencies entrain our brainwaves into deeper meditative states, thereby reducing stress. Most people feel deeply relaxed and calm after a Sound Healing.

In the Celtic Calendar there are 13 native trees of Britain and Ireland linked to the ‘wheel of the year’. Oak is linked to the Month of June and the summer solstice. The Oak stands midway through the year and represents the doorway to the other half of the year, and a doorway to inner strength and spirituality. We will call on Oak tree essences for courage, inner strength and help in letting go of great difficulties. Oak is known to soothe nervous systems bringing a renewal of energy.

Traditionally on midsummer eve, fires were lit on hilltops and people stayed up to watch the sunrise. This is a time for ritual to honour the light and all that it births. This is the perfect time for celebration with warm nights and long daylight.

Kindly note the doors open at 7pm for a prompt start at 7:15pm when the ritual will begin.

Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided by HELD. You are invited to wear comfortable clothes and eat lightly beforehand.
