Description

Join me for a Shamanic Sound Journey with Gongs, Mugwort and Holly

At the heart of our ritual is a Shamanic Sound Journey, with gongs and other percussive instruments. These powerful healing frequencies entrain our brainwaves into deeper meditative states. Most people feel deeply relaxed, calm and peaceful after a Sound Healing.

In the Celtic Calendar there are 13 native trees of Britain and Ireland linked to the ‘wheel of the year’. Holly is the 8th tree in the wheel. The Evergreen Holly is a potent symbol of positive life force energy. We will call upon Holly tree essences to bring balance to the mind, security, and deep peace.

Mugwort is considered the dreamtime tea, inducing more vivid dreams, and helping with dream recall. This tea is known to strengthen your capacity to pick up on intuitive messages in your dreams and clears channels of perception by opening up chambers of ancient memory within the brain. A perfect tea to accompany a sound journey and Holly tree essences.

Kindly note the doors open at 7:45pm for a prompt start at 8pm when the ritual will begin. Due to a prior yoga class we kindly ask people not to arrive before 7:45pm.

Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided by HELD. You are invited to wear comfortable clothes and eat lightly beforehand. Mugwort is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
