Monmouth Sound & Gong Bath Sept 5th 2026
I warmly invite you to come and lie down for an hour or so and enter a state of deep relaxation. To be taken deep into a space of calm and to discover peace and connection. To relax to the sounds of the drum, flutes, crystal singing bowls, himalayan singing bowls, rattles, bells, other percussion instruments and voice in a beautiful space. Stress busting, relaxing and deeply healing. No need for any experience in this or in meditating. It is non denominational, non religious. Just an opportunity to take an hour for yourself and relax.
