2nd Annual DwarftoberFest: A Dwarven Oktoberfest

2nd Annual DwarftoberFest at Shireton

Join us on Friday, October 30, for the 2nd Annual DwarftoberFest, a family-friendly fantasy Oktoberfest celebration at Shireton in Arvonia, Virginia.

Spend the afternoon exploring Shireton while meeting fantasy authors, artists, makers, blacksmiths, and vendors from across Virginia. Shop the vendor market, visit the mobile bookstore, grab food and drinks, listen to live music, and tour one of Virginia’s most unique fantasy settings.

The day will be packed with competitions and entertainment, including archery duels, strongman challenges, a LARP combat tournament, games, live performances, and firebreathers. Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed as a dwarf, adventurer, warrior, or your favorite fantasy character.

Tattoo artist Nathan Cox will also be joining us and tattooing during the festival.

Whether you want to compete, cheer from the sidelines, shop the market, meet authors, explore Shireton, or simply enjoy good drinks and live entertainment with friends, DwarftoberFest has something for every kind of adventurer.
