Join the Franco-British Lawyers Society for an evening exploring family mediation in France, England and Wales, and Scotland. The panel will bring together Bérangère Kola-Sautai, family mediator, barrister and French avocat; Jacqueline Stroud, family mediator and Scottish solicitor; and Gaëtan Escudey, international family mediator and French avocat. Drawing on their extensive practical experience, the speakers will compare how different legal frameworks, professional practices and cultural approaches shape family mediation across the three jurisdictions, including in complex and cross-border family matters.
