This event will take place on Thursday, March 14th at El Thrifty next to Optimist Hall.

Welcome Cocktail- Brazilian Lemonade

Pan de Maiz- heirloom blue cornbread, roasted poblano butter

Appetizers

Caipirnha- cachaça, lime and sugar
Yuca Frita- crispy yuca, shaved manchego, black garlic emulsion, huitlacoche crema
Chicharron- guajillo glazed pork belly, piloncillo, pickled onion, epazote
Mejillones- P.e.i mussels, chorizo, black garlic, chipotle butter, white wine broth

Entrees

Road to El Dorado- Reposado Tequila, del maguey crema de mezcal, Óleo sacrum, lemon juice, cured lemon salt
Pechuga de Pollo- aji amarillo marinated chicken breast, black bean puree, saffron cilantro rice
Filete- achiote seared ny strip, white corn, fried spring onion, huitlacoche cream
Enchiladas de Queso- oaxaca cheese, guajillo tomato cream, crispy squash blossoms, crema

Carajillo- Espresso and Licor 43
Flan- sous-vide vanilla custard, strawberry cilantro emulsion, candied lime
Pasteles de Queso- ricotta cheesecake, mezcal vanilla cream, guava caramel

Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested through the TicketTailor Platform, but are not guaranteed. We assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. If we can fill your seat from our Waitlist, we will refund you, minus TicketTailor fees. If we cannot fill your seat, or if there is not enough time to fill your seat, then we cannot guarantee a refund due to the fact that we have guaranteed minimums and guest counts with our culinary partners.
