Join Food & Beverage Social Club and Wentworth & Fenn for an educational pastry-making experience, paired with a selection of bubbly.

Guests will be guided through a demonstration with Chef Samantha Allen in the Wentworth & Fenn kitchen. The group will learn tips for beginner bakers and have the opportunity to participate hands-on with Chef Sam during the demo.

After the demo, guests will enjoy tasty treats with Chef Samantha Allen! She will share her knowledge about the history of macarons, how they pair with the night's select bubbly, and more about Wentworth & Fenn!

Wentworth & Fenn is located at Camp North End. The pastry menu consists of small, seasonal pastries, bread and coffee. The pastry chefs rotate the menu monthly; this way they can utilize the freshest and local ingredients. The bakery is tiny but mighty; six employees and Allen run operations.

Samantha Allen is the owner/executive pastry chef. Formerly the executive pastry chef at The Fig Tree Restaurant, Allen was nominated for Best Pastry Chef in the South East Region - James Beard in 2017 and Best Pastry Chef in Charlotte via Charlotte Magazine. Allen decided to pursue her dream of opening her own concept. Thus, Wentworth & Fenn was born.

The bakery started small doing pop-ups and private orders. The "first" storefront was imagined and built...but it wasn't your average storefront. A 1961 Shasta Camper was brought to fruition. After two years of serving pastries at pop-ups and out of the camper, Allen decided it was time to move operations into Charlotte (formerly Concord). 

This event will take place on Sunday, February 5th at Wentworth & Fenn at Camp North End. The demonstration starts at 6:00PM.

Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested through the TicketTailor Platform, but are not guaranteed. We assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. If we can fill your seat from our Waitlist, we will refund you, minus TicketTailor fees. If we cannot fill your seat, or if there is not enough time to fill your seat, then we cannot guarantee a refund due to the fact that we have guaranteed minimums and guest counts with our culinary partners.
