This Chef’s Table dinner will be held on Thursday, May 25th at 7:00 PM at Paper Plane Deli & Market. Paper Plane's motto is Simple. Convenient. Kind. They strive to be an accepting place for everyone to take a break from the complications of the outside world and enjoy a good meal. Chef Amanda Cranford worked for Reid's Fine Foods for seven years before opening Paper Plane Deli. In addition to Paper Plane, she owns Dish in Plaza Midwood and has developed food programs for The Royal Tot, Devil's Logic Brewing and Catawba Brewing Company.
