Unleash your inner Sushi Chef at our hands-on sushi making experience! The seasoned sushi masters at Gringo Ninja will guide you through every step of the sushi making process. During the class, we will explore various sushi styles and techniques while indulging in all-you-can-eat sushi. 

From making the perfect sushi rice to mastering the art of filling and rolling, you'll gain the skills to craft sushi with precision! Sushi ingredients will be high-quality and carefully selected with fresh fish, vegetables and traditional condiments.

As we create sushi masterpieces, guests will enjoy brews from Hi-Wire Brewing. Hi-Wire Brewing was founded in 2013 by two college roommates who saw an opportunity for a brewery in Asheville, NC. Since then, they have continued to grow their stellar lineup of beers and have opened multiple taproom locations. Their specialty craft beers are meant to excite the palate and offer a little something for everyone - beer enthusiasts and newbies alike. 

This event will take place on Thursday, August 10th at Hi-Wire Brewing in Southend.

We will be accommodating dietary restrictions for this event on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out the order form section accordingly with your restriction/allergy upon purchasing your ticket and a F&B Social Club team member will reach out to you!

Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested through the TicketTailor Platform, but are not guaranteed. We assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. If we can fill your seat from our Waitlist, we will refund you, minus TicketTailor fees. If we cannot fill your seat, or if there is not enough time to fill your seat, then we cannot guarantee a refund due to the fact that we have guaranteed minimums and guest counts with our culinary partners.
