Building Relational Safety, Becoming Trustworthy, Strengthening Relationships Together

Trust isn’t just about finding people we can trust. It’s about becoming someone others can safely trust.

Every relationship needs a place where we can be honest, admit mistakes, ask for help and talk about difficult things—without fear of being judged, dismissed or blamed.

But trust is often shaped in the small, everyday moments: how we listen, how we respond under stress, whether we keep our word, how we handle boundaries, and what we do after we hurt someone.

R U Trusting Me? is the third workshop in the "R U Series" on Relational Wellness, helping participants move beyond simply asking “Can I trust you?” to a more personal question:

“Do people feel safe, respected and valued when they are in relationship with me?”

Drawing from relationship science, attachment, relational trust and strengths-based practice, participants will explore how trust is built, threatened and restored.

📅 Date: 14 November 2026, Saturday
⏰ Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (English Session)
💻 Venue: TOUCH Centre Chapel, Level 4, Singapore 449409
👥 Facilitator: Dr Edmund Wong & Mun Lan (Family Life Coach)

Discover the everyday behaviours that create relational safety—and the subtle ways we may unintentionally undermine it.

Explore how past experiences, expectations and stress responses can shape the way we react, protect ourselves and relate to others.

3. PRACTISE — What can I do differently?
Learn practical ways to listen without becoming defensive, validate emotions, set healthy boundaries, address hurts and repair relationships.
