The Women’s Sport Collective is a free, global community connecting and championing women working across all areas of sport.

Founded by Fearless Women, the Collective brings together over 16,000 women across 125+ countries from leadership, events and commercial roles to coaching, media, operations, sport science and beyond.

We exist to help women:

• Thrive through learning, insight and shared experience

• Inspire and be inspired by others shaping the future of sport
