When: Thursday, March 23, 2023, 10 AM - 3:30 PM (+ optional bus tour)

10 AM - 1 PM   Wholesale Expo
12 PM               Boxed lunches available while expo is ongoing
1 - 2:15 PM       Mini Sessions—pick 2 of 5: financial mgmt, food safety, marketing, scaling up, and finding new markets
2:30 - 3:30 PM  Wrap-Up and Awards Celebration on-site, with a dessert buffet 
3:30 PM             Bus tour of Cannon Falls (optional, requires $10 ticket available on payment page)

Local Foods Bus Tour of Cannon Falls
Approx. 30-45 minute guided tour of Cannon Falls' robust local foods scene by Cannon Roots' own Laura Qualey. Includes stops at Ferndale Market's farm store and the CannonBelles cheese plant.
