Exhibitor Early Bird registration (through  Sept. 1)*:

Tradeshow : $200
*After Sept. 1, Festival booth increases to $250, and Tradeshow to $225

You can request a match for your exhibitor fees and some other expenses through the MN Dept. of Agriculture Tradeshow Support Program.

Since 2018, we've produced an annual magazine full of local foods stories that reach 50,000+ readers. The magazine hits stands a month before the festival and remains in circulation for a year. If you're looking to extend your brand's reach beyond the one-day event, consider an ad in our nonprofit-run publication. 

All FEAST! exhibitors receive a 20% discount—
you can purchase an ad with your booth fee when you click "Submit Payment."

DISCOUNT PRICING FOR EXHIBITORS:

• Full page - $750 (reg. $925)
• Half page - $500 (reg. $650)
• Quarter page - $300 (reg. $400)

Cancellation:
Festival registration fees are eligible for a 50% refund on or before September 1, 2023
Tradeshow registration fees are eligible for a 50% refund on or before February 1, 2024
Cancellations with requests for refunds should be submitted in writing.
Should FEAST cancel the Show, the Exhibitor shall receive a refund of all fees actually paid by the Exhibitor to FEAST.
