FINA - Season VII Finals (Harrisburg) Banner, Photography, and Media Orders

FINA is thrilled to partner once again with MVB Productions to offer the best in Ninja sport photography and videography for our athletes in Pennsylvania!  

We are also excited to offer an Athlete Celebration Banner that will be printed and displayed at Finals this summer!

• The Athlete Celebration Banner must be ordered by June 1, 2026 due to the time needed to edit the photos and submit them for printing.
  
  
• Early Bird pricing for photography and event posters applies for all orders placed on or before June 13, 2025.  Standard pricing will go into effect beginning June 14, 2025.

Athlete Celebration Banner:
THIS WILL BE PRINTED AND DISPLAYED AT FINALS!! - LIMITED TIME OFFER!

Single Athlete: $45

Designed to showcase your incredible season, the Celebration Banner (2' x 3') features a photo of your choosing and a space for a quote, accomplishment, or good luck message (100 characters max). If a message is not included, the year (2026) will be added to the bottom of the banner. Choose from the black texture or the blue lightning background.

Within 24 hours of placing an order, you will receive a Google Form link with directions on how to upload your photo for the Banner.  All orders must be received by June 1, 2026, and all photos must be received by June 5, 2026. 

Athletes may take their posters home from FINA Finals in Harrisburg. 
All posters not picked up by end of day on Tuesday, July 14th will be considered forfeited and will not be held. To make alternate arrangements, or for more information please contact jen@fina.ninja.

*All photo and message submissions must be "clean" and family appropriate - no profanity. 
*Messages may be edited by FINA for clarity and length.
*FINA reserves to right to cancel any order that may be deemed inappropriate for the World Championship setting.

Athlete Photo Package:
Single Event Athlete: $80 (single registered event only)
Multi Event Athlete: $125 (photos from each event at which the athlete participates)

Capture every big move on the course!
Photos will be sent electronically to the email provided at checkout approximately 6-8 weeks after the event.  Athletes can expect, on average, 5-7 quality photos from each course run at FINA Finals.

Digital 2026 Athlete Finals Poster

Will be sent electronically - not a printed poster

Single Athlete Poster:  $65
Multi-Athlete Poster: $65 (up to three total athletes on a SINGLE poster)

A collage and/or multi-photo digital poster featuring shots from the Harrisburg Finals that can be printed as many times as desired!  Will be delivered electronically to the email provided at checkout approximately 6-8 weeks after the event

Have multiple athletes competing?  We can put up to three athletes on a single digital poster.  Simply indicate at checkout the names and NinjaWorks IDs of the other people you want on the poster.  Perfect for the families who compete together and best friends!
