Female Athlete News had to make a tough decision to cancel ‘FAN Presents: A Celebration of Girls and Women in Sports.’

While there was a great deal of interest in our event, as well as support to host it, the timing is off. We don’t want our guests rushing from one commitment to the next. When the time is right to host an event, we want our guests to enjoy the evening.

It wasn’t an easy decision to make. We had several surprises we were planning to give to our guest speakers, which they will still be receiving.

FAN is going through trying times that began earlier this year. We look forward to resolving these issues in the near future. But, because they are still being worked out, we are unable to host the event on May 7.

Thank you for your interest in attending the event and continued support as we continue to focus our coverage on female athletes.
