Following the incredible success of our sold-out retreats in 2024 and 2025, we are delighted to bring this special experience back again for 2026, and we would love for you to join us.

This unique retreat offers space to step away from the demands of everyday life, connect with fellow professionals, and take time to recharge.

Engage in heart-centred practices that promote relaxation and reconnection, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired.

This in-person event will be held at the beautiful Tofte Manor by Dev Parmar our experienced yoga and meditation instructor.
