FAQS

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to your events?

There is no minimum age, but all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be supervised at all times, with a maximum of three children per adult ideally. Certain attractions will have age or height limits applied depending on the activity.

Is there parking?

Yes. We have a car park with plenty of space. Please enter via Station Road. Look for signs.

Upon leaving the car park, please be patient and leave in an orderly fashion.

Is there is disabled parking?

Yes. Ask the parking attendants to direct you.

Is there a drop off location?

Yes. There is a drop off location that you can drive through and drop people off.

What can I bring into the event?

No sparklers can be brought to the event, these will not be allowed on to the site.

Strictly no alcohol to be brought on to the site.

Dogs are welcome on site but we strongly suggest they return home before the fireworks display on November 2nd 2024 and they MUST be kept on a lead at all times.

How do I pay for attractions whilst on site?

You can pay for all attractions by card and at some attractions, we will will accept cash.

Are there toilets on site?

Yes, there are toilets available for attendees, including disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.

Is there wheelchair access?

The site is a grass field that’s very flat and it’s 50m from the car park to the site. Please ask about the drop off location or disabled parking.  The going will be difficult as it is a grass field.

Is it suitable for small children?

We have age appropriate activities for children of all ages throughout the day.   We will be selling ear defenders for children in the Fenchanted Emporium for the fireworks display.  We also have baby changing facilities in the toilets.

Is there an area for special needs to escape to noise?

Yes.  We have a SEN area set up.  One for quiet and calm and the other for sensory.  It is a free optional area for people with SEN and we ask that it is treated with respect by all who use it.  It is not an attraction, it should only be used by those who need it.  We cannot accommodate all special needs but we have tried our best to accommodate everyone.

Is there food & refreshments on site?:

Yes, we have a variety of food, refreshments and our beer tent on site to cater to all requirements.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds will only be given in the event that the event is cancelled.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please bring printed or electronic ticket on a mobile device to the event as you will need it to be scanned in.  You will be denied entry without your ticket.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

The name on your ticket must match one of the names of the members of your party.

Will there be tickets on the door?
Yes. Though an admin fee may apply.

Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales and Prize Draw

1. Eligibility: Each ticket purchased at £3 counts as one entry into the prize draw. The entry will be registered under the name of the person who purchased the ticket(s).
2. Entry Process: Upon purchase, your ticket(s) will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Multiple tickets can be purchased, and each ticket represents a separate entry.
3. Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that the draw is cancelled. If a ticket is refunded due to cancellation, the corresponding entry will be removed from the prize draw.
4. Prize Draw Date: The winner will be selected at random on November 2nd. The selection process will be conducted fairly and impartially.
5. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on November 2nd. We will contact the winner using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase.
6. Contact Details: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of your contact details for the purposes of this draw, including notifying you if you win.
7. General Conditions: The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all participants.
8. Disqualification: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry if it is deemed that the participant has violated the terms and conditions.
