Bridge Courses - teaching and friendly play in small classes.

Starting Tuesday, October 1st 2024 classes for Improving bridge players will continue for the Autumn Term. 

New joiners are welcome and full details of the bridge teaching offered can be found below and at https://www.fernhursthub.org.uk/  In addition, new joiners can email courses@fernhursthub.org.uk to discuss their level and suitability for any class. 

Improvers1 & 2 classes are 90 each minutes spread over 8 lessons on the following days and times from Tuesday 1st October. 

Improvers 1 - Tuesdays, 3.30pm - 5.00pm - Progress through Play.  Designed for recent learners, including those who have attended the Beginners Group and any others who would like some revision of the principles of bidding and play.

Improvers 2 - Tuesdays, 5.15pm - 6.45pm - Progress through Play. A course centred on practical application of learned principles and standard conventions. This will comprise themed sessions with plenty of hands to play.
