'HEAL 2' - Retreat day for women 

How do you feel when you experience Joy?

Tight, contracted?

Or

Light, expansive?

How do you feel when you say Yes to the world?

Brave, fully out there, powerful

or

Quiet, withdrawn, scared

Often, for women feeling real Joy and saying Yes to the world has often been shamed, suppressed, ridiculed and for some punished. We have been told to keep our hearts contained because society's fear of your power and healing joy can create.

EVERYONE has the right to feel deep inner Joy and experience pleasure, and to feel these without the negative oppressive emotion. When you give yourself permission to connect to pleasure you are connecting to all of creation, you are hearing your ancestral whispers of guidance and your ability to heal others greatly increases!

We are not talking about smiling and being nice to people, we are creating a healing space for :

• The joy that makes your body buzz

• The joy that makes your heart feel like it is going to explode with so much excitement

• The joy that makes your cheeks ache from the big smile you just can't help keep growing!

• The joy that expands into the world and helps others feel so good too.

This Joy is inspirational, motivational, full of energy and most of all fully connected to you and to your source.

Now is the time for us to come together to heal the wounds of ‘feeling joy’ for our whole feminine existence and to bring in your courage, beauty and divine presence in this world right now.

So please ‘Stop waiting so you can finally offer your light’ into the world, come and join this safe, well held space to explore joy and your ability to connect fully.

Heal 2 is our second in person event held in the beautiful rural Herefordshire on the borders of Wales.

The day is designed as a full journey from emotional healing starting with connection, intention, processing and integration as we travel through the modalities of Meditation, Quantum Reflexology. Elemental Somatic Dance and Sound gong bath to support you.

During this day you will be guided by 3 highly skilled, experienced emotional healing practitioners specialising in spiritual transformation & emotional healing.

The day will take you on a journey into expansion staring with:

To IDENTIFY and CLEAR your blocks as you connect to your heart

Elemental Somatic Dance Helene Su (Niio Dance)

To PROCESS & RELEASE emotional wounds as you connect to your body

Healing sounds and Gong Bath Kate Clyant (Resonant Healing)

To ANCHOR new intents as you connect to the universal expansive energy with sound
