Now is the time for us to come together to heal your intergenerational past trauma, abuse and pain and welcome in light, expansion and deeper connections bringing nn your courage, beauty and divine presence in this world right now.

Heal 3 is our third in person event held in the beautiful rural Herefordshire on the borders of Wales.

The day is designed as a full journey from emotional healing starting with connection, intention, processing and integration as we travel through the modalities of Meditation, Quantum Reflexology. Elemental Somatic Dance and Sound gong bath to support you.

During this day you will be guided by 3 highly skilled, experienced emotional healing practitioners specialising in spiritual transformation & emotional healing.

The day will take you on a journey into expansion staring with:

To ANCHOR new connections and healings as you connect to the universal expansive energy with deep relaxation
