FCA-MI Annual West Side Weekend: Muskegon to Ludington

Shout out to Russ & Dori Holdredge, Jerry Wiersma & Jill Gantos for setting up this fun Friends Ferrari weekend!

Join us for our annual West Side Weekend, hosted by the Ferrari Club of America, Michigan Chapter!
This year's event will begin on Friday August 14th and conclude on Sunday August 16th.

For those in SE MI/N OH, there will be a caravan from Cauley Ferrari leaving at 11am. The Cauleys will provide some munchies prior to the drive. If you’re planning to be part of the caravan, please send an email to:fca-michigan@outlook.com

Ticket price for this event is $195.00 per person. Ticket price includes dinner on Friday August 14th, along with breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, August 15th. A cash bar will be available for all weekend events. Hotel costs are separate from the weekend ticket price of $195.00 per person.

Friday August 14, 2026:

We will kick off our weekend with registration at The Shoreline Inn, followed by dinner at The Lakehouse Waterfront Grille, adjacent to the hotel. The Lakehouse is within walking distance of the hotel.

Saturday August 15, 2026:

We will gather in the hotel lobby after breakfast for our rally. Russ and Dori Holdredge have planned an amazing, scenic drive up the coast of Lake Michigan from Muskegon to Ludington. In addition to the drive, we will stop at a few interesting locations along the route and stop at STIX in Ludington for lunch. After lunch, we will take a different route back to Muskegon with a planned stop to see the Ludington Pumped Storage Powerplant. This engineering marvel is sure to impress! After visiting the LPSP, we will head back to Muskegon and get a chance to exercise our Prancing Horses on US 31 (within legal limits, of course)

We will arrive back at the hotel with plenty of time to refresh and rest before heading to dinner on the LST-393, one of two WWII ships of its kind that remain in their original configuration. We will have an opportunity to tour the ship along with happy hour on the upper deck, before dinner is served. During and after dinner, key members of our chapter will give closing remarks. The LST-393 is less than 1/2 mile from the hotel, however driving there is suggested. We will have secure parking onsite for dinner.
