The StepCrew is an incredible ensemble that has thrilled audiences worldwide with their dynamic performances. Combining the talents of champion dancers and fiddlers, The StepCrew seamlessly blends traditional Celtic music with modern rhythms, creating a truly unique and electrifying experience.
Jon and Nathan Pilatzke, who hail from Eganville, ON, along with Cara Butler, the long time Irish dancer with The Chieftains, are integral members of this group and bring their exceptional talent and hometown pride to the stage.
With dancers and musicians from music icons The Chieftains, Cherish the Ladies, and Bowfire, this cast takes you on a journey that highlights three distinct styles of percussive dance: Ottawa Valley step dance, Irish stepdance, and tap. As if dancing weren’t enough, The StepCrew boasts world-class fiddlers backed by an amazing five-piece ensemble composed of some of the most talented and respected musicians on the Celtic music scene today.
