The Red Rebel Collective CIC is a local community organisation supporting menstrual health across the life course. Our work covers the mental health aspect of having a menstrual cycle from PMDD to menopause, and offer spaces to find meaning, connection and possibility through these challenges.

Thrive Through Perimenopause is our free community programme, funded through Live Well Kent & Medway. It offers three activities per month: coastal Walk & Talk sessions, The Gathering, a women's circle and Rest & Chat, an online meet-up.

Working with Maroon Adventures to provide professionally guided trauma informed walks, we are providing a safe space with lived experiences.

Join our Walk & Talk on Saturday 3 October for a gentle coastal walk and connection to others who understand what you’re going through. Led by the amazing Tamara Campbell from Maroon Adventures.

We'll meet outside Westgate station at 10am for a gentle coastal walk and chat along the seafront to Turner Contemporary in Margate.

We're really excited to be part of the Margate Festival of Optimism, because our work is about building community and helping people feel less isolated and less alone as they go through big changes like peri/menopause or live with menstrual mental health challenges like PMDD. We offer a much more positive way to look at these transitions and practical, hopeful ways through them that can bring overall improved health and wellbeing.
