Archwilio Gwerthuso ac Adlewyrchu

Sut mae prosiect ymchwil a datblygu wedi dogfennu, gwerthuso ac adlewyrchu wrth gydweithio â bobol creadigol a chymunedau, ac wedi gwneud galwad i adolygu’r gwaith yn greadigol. Hyn oll wrth beidio cael eu llywio gan dargedau ac allbynnau penodol ar ddechrau’r prosiect.

Mae Dyffryn Dyfodol wedi bod yn dogfennu gweithgaredd y prosiect ers y cychwyn, dros dair mlynedd yn nôl, mae na lot o ddata! Dydan ni ddim yn wyddonwyr na gwerthuswyr proffesiynnol, rydan ni wedi adnabod elfennau pwysig y prosiect a’r ffordd gwahanol o weithio ac wedi bod yn rhannu dysgu ac adlewyrchu ar hyd y daith.

Bydd y sesiwn yn gyfle i rannu’r ffyrdd rydan ni wedi bod yn rhedeg y prosiect, yn treialu dulliau gwahanol o weithio lle mae’n iawn i bethau godi, i ni beidio gosod targedau gwerthuso ar y dechrau, a dal bod hefo llwyth o wybodaeth i rannu am y prosiect.

Exploring Evaluation and Reflection

How has a research and development project documented, evaluated and reflected when collaborating with creative people and communities, and decided to review the work creatively without being driven by targets and outputs.

Dyffryn Dyfodol has been documenting the activity of the project since the beginning, over three years ago, and there is a lot of data! We are not scientists or professional evaluators, we have identified the important elements of the project, the different ways of working and have been sharing our learning and reflecting all along.

The session will be an opportunity to share the ways in which we have been running the project, trialling different methods of working where there is space for things to emerge, for us not to set evaluation targets at the start, and still have loads of information to share about the project.
