FFSC Local Foray

This walk will concentrate on enjoying and learning a bit about some of our local mushrooms. We will do our best to identify our fungal finds, answer questions, and share knowlage. Depending on the location chosen, there may be some collection allowed, but the main goal will be education. Be prepared for wet or muddy conditions as well as ample poison oak in some areas. Please be prepared to walk a few miles.

While this is an outdoor event, please follow reasonable Covid-19 precautions. Try to keep a social distance as much as practical. Wear a mask or stay home if you are showing any covid-like symptoms such as fever, cough, etc. or have been recently exposed to someone with Covid-19.

Registration will open for FFSC members plus guests at 7:00 pm, Sunday October 26th.

Registration will be open to the general public on Monday, October 27th at 7:00 pm, if space is still available.
