Return Policy and Transfer of Funds Terms for Event Passes:

1. 14-Day Return Window: Passes for the event may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. In the event of a return, the compensation will be provided in the form of a voucher for one of the upcoming events. No returns will be accepted after this 14-day period for any reason, including but not limited to personal accidents or emergencies.
2. Special Timeframes: For passes purchased after 17.January.2024, the return period is limited to 01.February.2024. Upon receipt of the wristband at the festival office, the pass becomes non-returnable.
3. Multipasses: Couple passes, group passes, or any passes registered under one transaction are considered as a single pass. Only the entire pass can be returned; no partial returns are permitted.

Pass Resale and Ownership Change Terms and Conditions:

1. Resale Window: Passes may be resold within 50 days from the original date of purchase, provided that the resale occurs no later than 02.February.2024.
2. Ownership Change: An ownership change of a pass may occur only once and must be finalized by 02.February.2024. Passes may not be resold more than once. The 14-day return policy will not apply to a pass once its ownership has been transferred.
3. Notification Requirements: The original pass owner must send a notification to us per email no later than 02.February.2024, providing complete details of the new owner, including name and email address. The subject line of the email should be "Resale of Pass."
4. Owner Change Fee: Upon receiving confirmation of the ownership change, a fee must be paid within 48 hours according to the following schedule:
   • €15: Fee paid until November 01, 2023
   • €30: Fee paid from 01.November.2023 to 14.January.2024
   • €50: Fee paid from 15.January.2024 to 02.February.2024 (LAST MINUTE changes)
5. Special Provisions:
   • For EARLY BIRD VIP PASSES and SPECIAL PROMOTION tickets, fees are €30 until 31.October.2023, and €50 from 01.November.2023 to 02.February.2024.
   • SPECIAL OFFERS may also be subject to specific resale rules outlined in the ticket description.
6. No Changes After Deadline: After 02.February.2024, no ownership changes will be accepted, irrespective of the reason.
7. Multipass Resale: For couple passes or group passes, a part of the pass can be resold. However, the ratio must be maintained during the resale (i.e., Leader-Leader, Follower-Follower).

Wristband Guidelines for Festival Entry:

1. Required Documents: To collect your festival wristband and gain admission to the event, you must present both your NAMED ETICKET and a photo identification document.
2. Mandatory Wristband Use: Attendees are required to wear their festival wristbands throughout the entirety of the festival. Festival staff or security may request to see your wristband at any time.
3. Single Wristband Issuance: Each attendee is allowed one festival wristband, to be received upon event registration. Wristbands will only be replaced if they are damaged due to circumstances beyond the attendee's control.
4. Proper Wristband Fit: When receiving your wristband at the festival office, ensure it fits comfortably on your wrist. Issues related to wristband tightness or looseness will not be grounds for complaint or replacement.
