1. Registration and Payment:

a. All registrations are final and non-transferable.

b. Payments for registrations are non-refundable.

c. Registrations will only be considered complete once full payment is received.

d. Payment can be made through a secure online payment gateway or through a bank transfer.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

a. The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather, natural disasters, or low registration numbers. In such cases, all registered participants will be eligible for a full refund or transfer on to a future event.

b. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original registration.

c. If a participant cancels their registration, no refunds will be given.

d. If a participant is unable to attend the event due to illness or injury, they may transfer their registration to another participant by notifying the event organizers in writing.

3. Event Guidelines:

a. Participants are expected to follow all event guidelines and rules.

b. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must take appropriate precautions to prevent injury.

c. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

d. The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates event guidelines or rules.

e. The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event format, schedule, or rules at any time without prior notice.

By registering for the event, participants agree to abide by the above policies and guidelines

4. Photography & Filming

a. By attending any Fight Klub class, event, workshop, competition, or activity, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken for promotional, marketing, training, and commercial purposes.

b. These images and recordings may be used by Fight Klub, its affiliated companies, partners, sponsors, and authorised third parties across a range of media, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, advertising, and other promotional content, without further notice or compensation.

c. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or recordings, you must notify a member of the Fight Klub team before the event begins. Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in background footage or crowd photography.
