FiLiA's Feminist Friday in Glasgow

Multiple dates and times Central Glasgow

FiLiA's Feminist Friday – a precious women-only space.

This year, after hearing from women about what they want more of, we’ll include sessions that follow up on some of our other events, and always with space for women to take part in discussion. Each month will be different, and there will always be opportunities to connect with other women, to get involved in each other’s campaigns and to strengthen involvement in the Women’s Liberation Movement.

FiLiA is about to launch a consultation in Glasgow to gather and amplify women's views on these venues. We're going to make sure that women are heard by the local authorities who approve these licenses and we're going to hold them to account.

Join us to get involved from the start and drive change for women in our city. Together we will make them listen and achieve a Glasgow with no more strip clubs.

Doors open at 6.30 p.m. for a 7 p.m. start.

Tea / coffee is on tap at FiLiA's Feminist Friday and we will always have cakes too. Please let us know of any allergies, preferences or anything else that would make it more comfortable for you to attend by emailing Julie at womensassembly@filia.org.uk beforehand.

We want you there! We'll email you right back with the city centre venue details. Access: the venue is fully accessible with lifts and toilets designed for wheelchair users.

Join the FiLiA Women’s Assembly here for further events like this and to get more involved.
