‘Breath is life and life is breath’
We all know this, particularly in all the experience of the last 21 months- and yet- how much do we know and understand about our own breath and the source that empowers Life itself?
This course of 3 Sessions offers you the opportunity to explore:-
• Your own unique rhythm of breath.
• How to cultivate healthy, effective, effortless breathing to enliven body and mind.
• Consciously being able to uncouple emotions from your breath to restore calm, alertness, and an equilibrium in daily living.
• Prana – The Sanskrit word for the intelligent, self-guiding and healing force that empowers the breath.
