Spring Confidence Camp

Confidence Camp - Epworth Equestrian | 24–26 April 2026

“Have you always wanted to do an ODE but not had the confidence to?" This camp is for you!

We are so excited for this camp the second in the calendar in 2026!
Our first is already a sell-out with a waitlist. 
Top-class coaching duo Sam York and Lisa Morris, who bring years of experience, encouragement, and expert instruction. Their systematic and empathetic approach will help you and your horse grow in confidence, connection, and partnership.

Perfect for all combinations jumping 40-90cm!

What's included:

Three Coaching sessions: flatwork, show jumping, and cross country, culminating in a mini in-house One Day Event!

In addition to the coaching and friendly competition there’ll also be unmounted evening activities - one evening a little more educational, the other developing team building and skills 'essential' to improving performance AKA - fun and games!. 

Sam and Lisa will lead a session focussing on personal development and mindset. These evenings are designed to balance learning and fun to make camp as enjoyable as possible.

About the coaches: 

Sam York and Lisa Morris are both fellows of the BHS. They are also both UKCC Level 4 Coaches and both coach regularly for The Pony Club and British Eventing. 

🏕️ Facilities

Arrivals:
From 11am Friday 24th April (coaching starts Friday afternoon)

Stabling:
Includes 2 bales of shavings (or equivalent).
Please bring your own hay/haylage (available to buy on site).
Additional bedding can also be purchased if required.

Meals:
🍽️ All meals included — the food at Epworth is great and plentiful.
☕ Hot drinks and squash available throughout the day.
🍰 Cake in the afternoon!

Amenities:
🚿 Toilets and showers available on site.
⛺ Camping field — bring whatever you like to sleep in (horsebox, trailer, tent, caravan…).
⚡ Hook-up available at £25 per night — limited availability, pre-booking essential.

Guests:
Extra people are very welcome to come with you to camp!
Epworth charge a small fee for use of facilities and are also happy to feed extra people for an additional cost:

• £30 per person (use of facilities + tea & coffee only)

• £75 per person (includes all meals)

Dogs:
🐾 Well-behaved dogs are very welcome but must be on a lead at all times.

Cost

£375 per person

📝 How to Book

• £100 deposit required to secure your space

• Final balance due 8 weeks prior to camp start date
  (or 4 weeks prior if paying in instalments)
