Terms and conditions

ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED A NEW DATE WILL BE ISSUED AND TICKETS REASSIGNED.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT THEIR WILL BE NO PARKING ON THE STREETS AROUND THE PARK AND PARKING FINES WILL BE ISSUED. 

THERE WILL BE NO STOPPING OUTSIDE THE PARK AND ROAD CLOSERS WILL BE IN PLACE. DRIVING IS NOT A VERY GOOD IDEA. 

1, All ticket holders are ADVISED to be at the front door by 6.30 pm,
2, All internet ticket holders must bring their PRINTED E-TICKETS ON PAPER, NO PHONES, Tabs or pads Accepted.
3, All pre-paid ticket holders must bring their tickets to the event.
4, All E-tickets sent out will go to your primary email address, you have stated on PAYPAL or when using your credit or debit card via PayPal and NO other. If you have typed it wrong, you will need to sort it out on the g

5, PARKING, THERE WILL BE NO ON-STREET PARKING ON THE ROADS AROUND THE
PARKING FOR NON-RESIDENTS. LOOK UP BEFORE YOU START YOUR JOURNEY TO THE
EVENT, WITCH CAR PARK YOU ARE GOING TO USE CLICK HERE. ( BYRON PARK CAR PARK WILL BE FULL AND CLOSE FROM 4PM.
